Holywater
An identity evolution to match growing mediatech company
Holywater is a media-tech company that creates personalized worlds for 20M+ users. Their vertical series ushers in a new era of storytelling. From books to audiobooks, and video series by blending the novelists creativity and the power of AI they disrupt the media-tech industry. Our task was to align the brand with the company’s vast scale and make the team proud.
The rebrand shifts the company’s identity to a more tech-forward vibe, while preserving its legacy. The halo remains the central symbol, now evolving into something more futuristic—like a liquid metal device or a mystical object. We also introduced an animation that transforms the halo into a portal, symbolizing the journey between the worlds HOLYWATER builds.
These worlds are AI-generated landscapes with deep perspective and rich textures, offering adventurous experiences. From Mars to the Moon, from a swimming pool to a fairy tale pink field… The transition animations between worlds capture the essence of HOLYWATER’s endless journey, inviting users and teammates to explore new realms.
The company’s six core values were represented by neon symbols, which we transformed into sleek, stylized metal sculptures. HOLYWATER’s icons are more than just symbols—they’re like precious artifacts, representing the company’s values. These pieces can be 3D printed as charms or jewelry, while in digital form, they’re animated with dynamic rotations, revealing surprises from different angles.
Bold typography, gothic elements, and minimal colour blocks shape a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
